But if you’re curious about something that’s not in our apps, you can visit accounts.snapchat.com, click ‘My Data,’ and then click ‘Submit Request.’ We’ll prepare a copy of your account information and let you know when it’s ready for you to download. If you ever want to leave Snapchat for good, you can delete your account on accounts.snapchat.com too.
