These reports have been prepared to comply with Snap’s obligations under Articles 34 and 35 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 and provide the results of our annual assessments of system risks stemming from the design, function and use of Snapchat’s online platforms, together with the methodology used to assess those risks and the mitigation measures put in place to address those risks.
These reports have been prepared to comply with Snap’s obligations under Article 37 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 and provide: (i) the results of the independent audit of Snap’s compliance with the obligations set out in Chapter III of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 and (ii) the measures taken to implement the operational recommendations from that independent audit.
Snap is a “video sharing-platform service”(”VSP”) provider pursuant to Article 1(1)(aa) AVMSD. This Code of Conduct (“Code”) has been prepared to describe how Snap complies with its obligations as a VSP under the Dutch Media Act (“DMA”) and Directive (EU) 2010/13 (as amended by Directive (EU) 2018/1808 (the “Audiovisual Media Services Directive” or “AVMSD”)). The Code is applicable throughout the European Union as well as the European Economic Area.
