Researcher Data Access Instructions
If you are a researcher with non-commercial purposes, and wish to request access to Snap’s publicly available data in accordance with the Digital Services Act (DSA), you can submit your research request to DSA-Researcher-Access[at]snapchat.com with the following information:
- Your name and the name of the affiliated research organisation
- A detailed description of the data you wish to access
- A detailed description of the purpose for which you are requesting data
- A detailed description of the planned research activities and methodology
- Details on the sources of the funding for the research you are conducting
- Confirmation that your research is for non-commercial purposes
- Details on the timeframe of the requested data
Once received, we will review your request for eligibility and compliance with laws, and get back to you.
