We’ve created this notice as a supplement to the SPECS Supplemental Privacy Policy for people living in certain U.S. states (like Washington state) that have enacted laws that broadly define “consumer health data” to include data that would typically not be considered health data. In this Policy, we’ll refer to consumer health data as “CHD.”

As described in the “Information We Collect” section of the Specs Supplemental Privacy Policy, we collect:

• Information about whether you prefer vision correction for your SPECS AR glasses. We do not collect your prescription details.

• Information about your face and head. We only store the recommended size for your order of SPECS AR glasses.

• Information from your use of the preview SPECS Intelligence experience that may reveal CHD.

We collect whether you prefer vision correction for your SPECS AR glasses so that we can connect you with a partner supplier where you will be able to separately purchase prescription lenses.

Information about your estimated head size is used to recommend the appropriate SPECS AR glasses size to help with physical comfort.

We personalized your preview SPECS Intelligence experience by using your information to, for example, generate an understanding of your goals, what needs your attention, and what your week looks like.

As described in the “How We Share Your Information” section of the Specs Supplemental Privacy Policy, we may share your CHD with service providers, including cloud providers. With your permission, we may share that you are interested in prescription lenses with our supplier partner.

Depending on the state in which you reside, you may have certain rights with respect to CHD. You can request to exercise such rights using the various tools and mechanisms described in the Your Rights section of the U.S. State Privacy Notice. You can also obtain a copy of your data, including any CHD, by contacting us here.

If your request to exercise a right is denied, you may appeal that decision by contacting us here. If your appeal is unsuccessful and you are a Washington State resident, you can raise a concern or lodge a complaint with the Washington Attorney General.
